Cherry and Raymond Ong went on some epic garden tours recently. Here's Cherry's first installment. She says, "The Succulent Cafe in Oceanside, California, has been on my bucket list of nurseries to visit ever since I read about it in Garden Design magazine. I was so thrilled when I finally got to visit! It was much more than I expected and left me even more inspired about succulent container gardening. I didn't have the privilege of meeting Peter Loyola, the owner and designer, but his barrista, Haley, and her wonderful Sheba Inu, Meeka, were delightful. The coffee, by the way, is delicious. Per my readings, their coffee beans are sourced from a local roaster: Revolution Roasters in Leucadia. I hope you all have a chance to visit one day! I hope to return for another soon." Cherry, I'd never heard of this nursery. It looks ridiculously cool! There were way too many photos to whittle down, so I'll post the other half tomorrow. They are YUMMY!
